Details of Reference Consumption no longer available

The details of the reference consumption are no longer visible for our Opel Corsa-e with BLE connection because the three vertical blue bars on the left side of the words „reference consumption“ (Referenzverbrauch) are missing (first screenshot).

Interestingly the three blue bars are shown for our Opel Ampera-e with Torque connection (second screenshot), and I can click on it to show the details (third screenshot).

Why are the details for the Corsa-e no longer available?
