Degradation verschwunden

Hallo,

seit etwa drei Tagen zeigt mir ABRP die Degradation meines Fahrzeugs (E-2008, BJ 2021) nicht mehr an, und zudem werden die Fahrten nicht mehr aufgezeichnet.

Könnten Sie mir hierbei weiterhelfen?

    Hi @Thomas Ganher,

    You don’t seem to be connected to Tronity anymore. Could you try and reset the connection?

      Hi, I am connected to Tronity according to ABRP. Tronity records all trips, only ABRP does not.

        We only get data from Tronity when ABRP is active. This could also be limited to when your car is active, looking at your vehicle now we last received data via Tronity close to 7 hours ago.

        We’re not able to read all types of data from all connections and it could be we’re not receiving the vehicles value for battery degradation from the Tronity connection.

        When was the last time you had the car linked via OBD?

            I see, this is the data we’ve got at the moment;

            So, most of the data is still provided by the OBD connection. I’m not seeing that we get any value for SoH / battery health currently. Are you seeing SoH or battery degradation listed on Tronity’s side?

          The battery degeneration was always displayed via the OBD, even before I used Tronity. My main question is why ABRP no longer records routes since December 11, 2024?
