Thanks for the reply, l ended up resolving the issue by powering down the dongle, it’s back up and running.

Can you please send us a bug report? You can turn on the bug report button if you go to the settings and scroll all the way down. Turn on the toggle where it says Show bug report button. The bug button will then show at your screen. The next time you are in the car with the OBD connected click at the bug button and we will get a report. Please let me know when you have done that.
