Please add more information such as;
Vehicle model
OBD device model and does it use BLE?
Error messages if any given
Is the OBD connected to any other app or a splitter?

Car model as in the title: BMW iX xDrive60 (the last one you added in the last update)
ODB does uses BLE
I have attached the screen shot with the exact message.
And no OBD is only used by ABRP.
The message says the SOC field was not found in the car response.

Which exact OBD model is it?
Do you have version 3406 or later of the app?

OBD Is the Power Cruise Control one, I was using this in my old bmw i4 and it was working just fine, I have version 6.0.2 3405

Can you kill the app and open it again so you get version 3406.

Done that, I'm on 6.0.2 (3405) even updating it from Play Store.

To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

Can you make sure you have the latest update of the app and the latest firmware of the OBD and then unlink and link the OBD again and see if you get SoC?

I have the last ABRP version available in the Play Store (Android): 6.0.2 (3405), I’m even a beta user. Shall I get out of Beta?
Consider that OBD was working fine in my previous BMW i4 car, I can not even unlink/link as suggested because with this new car the linking procedure has never completed.

My colleague found the problem. Kill the app so you get the latest version and then try to connect the OBD and it should work.

killing the app, force stopping it, restarting the phone, and I can still see the 6.0.2 (3405)

I have even uninstalled the app and I'm still on 6.0.2 (3405).
I also tried to delete the cache and the data, still on 6.0.2 (3405)
