Enode connection with Audi Q4 e-tron

the connection with my car keeps dropping. in my carplay 3 red bars appear indicating that it has no connection. every now and then I see green bars. for the most part it continues to find no connection. I then have to adjust the range manually. with a subscription this is not necessary. This is now for months. Audi Q4 Etron 45 2024
