Hello,
I have VW ID7 Pro with heatpump 77kWh battery. ODB dongle is ELM 327 bluetooth4. If I use Car Scanner with this dongle than I get SoC without any problem.

I found another post that mentioned ELM327: MG4 Long Range Luxury - ELM327 Interface - Car connect error
The user bought a new dongle recommended by ABRP. Can you test with another dongle?
