Ok, and which steps in the connection process do you pass when attempting to link? 1 or 2?
There are different models of the Vgate iCar Pro on the market, does the packaging or website you bought it from specify which one you have?

Thank you for clarifying. I can see that the dongle does support a BLE connection.
I’ve checked the error log you submitted, and it seems that we’re not able to get an SoC value from the connection. It is unclear why this is happening, and I’ve forwarded the question to my colleague.

Could you test the connection with the dongle using the carscanner app?
If possible please send us the logged response from the vehicle using the carscanner app and then we can compare the results.
