    Hi

Can you please try these things:

    1. Is the user absolutely sure they are entering the appropriate credentials for Hyundai? Have they confirmed that the same credentials work directly with the Hyundai OEM app and can they see everything about the vehicle as normal in the OEM app?

    2. Has the user checked if there are any specific terms and conditions or anything that needs completion directly in their Hyundai account?

    3. Is the user potentially trying to access an account from a different region than they are physically located in?

The button “connect with Enode” has no action whatsoever.

      1. I could not enter any credentials for Hyunday

      2. Never had any question on terms and conditions

      3. I am located in France (not Canada)

I changed the hyundai Inster against a Hyundai Kona and was able to connect to Bluelink.

But it didn’t work with the proper model

If you are in France you need to change that in the Hyundai app.
