      Hello Katya,

      I have no error message, when I go the the menu to connect, there is no options to connect. There is an option for a generic link, which gives me a token, but no real connections.

      I have connected the OBDLink CX in my car, and it works with Carscanner.

      My car is a Citroën C0 (or CZero) which is like Mitsubishi iMiev or Peugeot Ion. It

      Is the second version (after 2012).

      Thank you a lot for your help.

      Regards,

      Jean

        Ok, I understand - then, unfortunately, OBD connection isn’t yet supported for your vehicle. You’ll find the existing request for this here; OBD support for Peugeot Ion / Mitsubishi i-miev / Citroën C-Zero

          Ouch… in that case, the paying version of ABRP is useless for me. I have paid 50€ as the czero is actualy in the car list. If ABRP has no plan to integrate this car in app (it is pending for 2 years and I feel there are too few users like me to request it), I’d like to get my money back.

          Thank you,

          Jean

            Hi Jean,

            We list all compatible vehicles over at;

            https://abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata/

            I can acknowledge that it’s been difficult to keep track of all requests, especially cases that get fewer votes. That’s why we recently switched from the old public feedback portal to this new one. I could recommend voting for the request to get notified of any changes; OBD support for Peugeot Ion / Mitsubishi i-miev / Citroën C-Zero

            The OBD connection does not require a paid subscription with us, and you can still utilize things like live weather, traffic, charger status, CarPlay / Android Auto, etc.

            If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to us via email. Under the support menu in the app, select ‘subscription issue’.
