ABRP won't connect to my OBDLink CX

ABRP won't connect to my ODBLink CX, CX101. The first two steps is green, but the last malfunctions.

    Please add more information such as;

    • Vehicle model

    • OBD device model

    • Error messages if any given

        Ok. When this happens;

        1. Is the vehicle turned on?

        2. Have you made sure to disconnect the OBD from any other app prior to attempting to link it to ABRP?

            I can see that you have 2 saved vehicles on your account, one of them was linked via OBD 2 months ago and still has some old data. Which one of them are you attempting to link?

              That was it! I didn't realize that, but thanks to your info I saw that. When I removed the one without connection, the other one started to work!
