Chevy Bolt 2017 SoC not found in OBD response

I’m trying to link my 2017 Chevy Bolt and some of the values are coming back (and being filled out in the UI) but it’s showing an error message saying SoC isn’t found. Is there any information I can provide to try and sort this out? It seems like some users having it working while some don’t.
