Chargers at Sevices needs updating

Questions

Could you update your map for routing and display please? Westmorland Gloucester Sevices has multiple chargers now at both Southbound and Northbound.

But your map doesn’t think there are any non Tesla chargers at the Southbound Services.

Zapmap is correct for reference.

    Thank you for reporting! I have forwarded your information to our provider and await an answer. I hope they can update their source and make it visible. Sometimes, chargers are located but have a status that does not show.

      Ok, thanks we just use these chargers quite a bit and at the moment your route planner doesn’t take us to here to charge 👍

    We have a status that the charger is closed in our system. Before forwarding your information to our provider, I must double-check with you. Do you know if it is open?
