Status of all Chargepoint, Evgo, and Electrify America chargers (ie the majority of all non-Tesla chargers) always appears as ‘unknown’, even when status is available in those apps.
We don’t get status from those charger networks so that’s why it says Unknown.

Why doesn't the app get status from those networks?? Together, they make up the vast majority of (non-Tesla) charging infrastructure in this country. Most (if not all) of them seem to have APIs. If those APIs are paid, just make accessing them a premium feature.

There is different reasons for that. Some networks don't want to work with third-party apps and some networks charges a lot of money to share their status.
