Charger slower than APP suggest
How can we give feedback on the maximum charging capacity of chargers? Sometimes the app tells me a chadger is 150kW but in reality sometimes it is different (less and or more). Is there a way to give feedback about this so others can enjoy the higher charge rate or skip them because they are to slow?

We list chargers with the power provided by the charger data source - most times these sources have been provided with the value by the operator themselves, and we don’t intend to change this unless there’s an actual mistake and the charger itself is rated differently.
Are you perhaps sharing the stall with another vehicle when the speed is lower?

Even in the cases where the charger slows because of another vehicle we need to know if that will or will not happen at the site. It is at least as important as how busy the site is.

This is a very good request. My example, yesterday I visited a charger listed as 6 x 200kw chargers. It had 6 chargers and they delivered between 20 and 50kw. I got 35kw. Speaking with a regular user of the site I was told that the maximum with only 1 charger in use is 100kw and it is typically below 40kw.
This information needs to be passed to any future route planners who do not want to waist a lot of time.
