ChargePoint Stations Removed from ABRP

Hello,

I manage a network of public ChargePoint stations, all of which were working well on ABRP. These are the only stations in the region and users regularly rely on ABRP to plan their trips.

Recently, a majority of stations were removed from ABRP but some are still showing? Any ideas on how to correct this?

    Hi,

    Please provide a link to the charger location you’re reporting;

    1. Find the charger in ABRP

    2. Click it to open charger details

    3. Select: share → share ABRP link

    4. Copy and paste the URL here

    This way we’ll get the exact ID number of the charging location.

      I’d love to but my issue is that these stations aren’t showing in ABRP at all.

      For reference, one missing station is OCM-160599 in OpenChargeMap.

        Looking at the one you mentioned by ID, we import it - but as we detected the location reported as closed by a higher-ranking data source, we do not display it.

        Is it still open? Or could you provide an example of a location in ABRP that is still visible but should be closed? Or do you mean that they all should still be displayed?

    I should also note, these stations were originally inputted via OpenChargeMap and are still showing there.
