I don’t find them on the map when I only type in the addresses and make a plan but when I write Chargepoint and then the address I find them. I will ask my colleague why we do it like that.
Ii think these chargers and more across Newfoundland were upgraded from Flo to Chargepoint. Maybe ABRP didn't re-enable them after upgrade? They show online in ChargePoint app.

We get the data from these chargers from our partner and if they have changed to Chargepoint that should also update in our app.
