Casey's EA charger not being used in Route

For a route through Missouri, USA on I-70 the Electrify America station at Casey's in Lebanon, Missouri was by passed for some unknown reason rendering a route from West to East impossible for my car. I'm not sure why that charger is being avoided, it's not on my "avoid" list
