Car position is not updated

While using my Oneplus7 car position is not updated (using android auto), all other maps such as Google map, waze are working fine.

    Have you tried changing the ‘view mode’ on the Android device?

        When you’ve entered ‘driving mode’ (tapped drive to start navigation), you can swipe up on your phone to display more data and settings. There you’ll find the ‘mode’ button (eye icon) to change the navigation view.
