Ok what information do you need. The Enode connection is not working. I can not get accurate bettert information. Cunsumtion and other information is not available to me. If you can not resolve I would like to cancel my prescription.

Thank you. As we handle multiple different vehicle models and connection options, it is very helpful if users tell us detailed information.
Regarding Enode we did have some issues handling the connecting status but this has now been corrected. Please ensure you’ve got the latest version of the app (currently version 5.6.0).
