Car connection failure

I am able to initially connect my obd to the app. After some hours of use, the app then starts reading 18% charge level through the link and no longer gets data from the OBD. I’ve unlinked and relinked, deleted the app, removed the device in Bluetooth and reconnected, nothing seems to resolve it. This has happened before and fixed itself in a few hours. I am using CXlink
