You do not have an active subscription or trial, and therefore, you do not have access to ‘configurations’. Do you perhaps just mean the setup of the saved vehicle?
You have one saved vehicle named ‘BMW i3’. It is saved with a BMW i3 94 Ah model selected, and not as an iX3

Hi,
I have the same issue with a different car type.
I was using ABRP with my i3 set since a few months.
Yesterday, I tried changing the car type to an Abarth 600e to see how ABRP handles multiple car profiles. (Since then, I have discovered that the free plan only allows one car profile.)
Then I wanted to set it back to the i3 120 Ah. After pressing the 'Done' button at the end of the process, it seemed to save the changes, but few minutes later it always reverted back to theAbarth.
I tried this multiple times under iOS, Android and web, but the result was the same each time.
I don’t want to delete my car, because I gathered a lots of live data from the car to get accurate planning.
What is the solution?

I've managed to set it back to the right type. First, I set it to BMW i3 94 Ah, then to 120 Ah. It seems that it keeps the settings.

You are correct. It is displaying correctly and giving routes with stops within my battery range. My car has a Rex as well is that able to be factored in or is that part of having the active subscription?

This is not related to a paid subscription (or trial). ABRP does not take the ‘non-EV’ part into account.
