    Pinned

    The chargers are eo. I don’t know if this is just the manufacturer, or if it is also the network. It seems to be set up to support rental cars near Harrisburg International Airport, but is open to the public. Located in the Dunkin’ parking lot. The eo app does not work. To charge 1. Plug in 2. Wait for prompt on card reader 3. Swipe, insert, or tap your credit card or tap your phone if you have tap payment functionality on your phone. Charging will then begin. End the charge session from your vehicle menu.

    There are 6 pedestals/12 cables/12 spaces.

    Each pedestal has a free vacuum.

    3 pedestals are under a solar canopy.

    They are level 3, but I don’t know how many kw. At least 120kw.

    Hi @NTK,

    This does not fall under the category ‘other issue’. We have a board here on featurebase for missing chargers. I’ll move your ticket there.

    Please complete your report with information such as;

    • Which network the charger belongs to

    • Charger details, plugs etc.

      Thank you. I did find the board on featurebase, but only after creating my post. I cannot find access to featurebase through the app menus. I only see the option after posting through support & feedback.

        Got it, I’ve merged the duplicate so we can keep this ticket.

        The public feedback portal is always available through;

        https://abrp.featurebase.app/

        We’re still getting settled into the new system after the switch from our old feedback portal so this is good feedback. I can see that currently only ‘request a vehicle’ would take you directly to the portal (where you can change request type).

        We’ll review this.
