Can't add my second vehicle

I' have a second VE and I'm not able to add it.

Have followed your help topic called ‘‘Add a secon vehicle’’ but the option ‘‘Select Add new car or Select a new car at the bottom of the list.’’ is just not there !

This happens both in WEB and IOS versions
