Cannot reconnect Enode

I’ve been working on trying to help with the equations for the OBD2 linking for the Subaru Uncharted. As a result, I linked and unlinked my Enode connection multiple times. Now I get a message that Subaru Connect is unreachable. This has been going on for 3 days. However, Subaru Connect is up and running in their native app. I’m wondering if I had too many link/unlink requests that locked that part of my account.
