Cannot connect to vLinker MC+

I cannot get the app, running on an iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.5, to link with the dongle. I have reinstalled the app mutiple times, plugged and unplugged the dongle repeatedly, deleted and reselected the vehicle (2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Flash). The dongle has the what appear to be the appropriate LEDs lit up. The app simply scans forever, with nothing showing up. The dongle also never shows up on the iPhone Bluetooth page. Perhaps I need to change something with the PID editor for this vehicle? I am at a loss as to what to try next.
