Is the OBD connected to any other app when you try to connect?

Yes, it connects to several OBD applications. The OBD is vLinker MC+. What I notices was that when ABRP tries to connect, it finds only vLinker MC-iOS and not vLinker MC-Android.

ios just means it is usually the BLE interface and Android the classic BT. So select the iOS since it needs BLE. The OBD can’t be connected to other apps at the same time you are trying to connect it to ABRP.
