Cannot Connect tesla model y

I Cannon Connect app to my tesla model y. I lease the car do i must yes the keycard but after 10 min it lose contact again. When it is connected hè het vraat valies. I have an OBD dongle but there is the setup no possibility to Connect

    You need to go to the settings, click at your car and use the streaming connection.

      That is not possible, it is a lease car and the owner doesn’ t allow to have acces for other software. That is why I want to use the ons dongle but there is no option with tesla Y

        We don’t support an OBD for Tesla cars.

          Than i bought a subscription for ontbind because I cannot use the additionele possibilities and you make promotion to have the pro version to use obd

            You don’t need Premium to see which live data options there is for your car. We do offer streaming for your car.
