I have a Rivian R1T, which very obviously supports more than just level 2 charging.

That’s for sure. Though you actually don’t appear to have any vehicle model selected at the moment. Could you go into ‘vehicle settings’ and select a model for the saved vehicle?
Click the gear/settings icon next to the name of your vehicle in settings, then tap ‘car model’ and select the model.
