Just because there is a bug reporting feature it does not allow you to add any information so you will know what exactly is being experienced by the user. Without that the bug reporting feature is useless.
What I’ve noticed is that the bug reports that I generate with the button in the UI don’t seem to get connected to the bug reports that I write here. Even though I use the same email address here and on ABRP and try to include the approximate day / time of the report when I follow up here.
I’m assuming that they don’t get connected because I get asked to share a route that will reproduce the problem. I can see not including the route in the bug report for privacy reasons, but if that is the case it would be great if the bug report button added a request to share the route (and/or if there was an option in the settings to default to to sharing the route).
I think it would be great if you could take a look at this feature request Method to Annotate Bug Reportsand consider implementing it. I think it would go a long way towards addressing the concern that @Big Mo raised.

When a user makes a bug report he usually also make a post on this page to describe the problem. We can also see a lot of information in the bug report.
