Without seeing the plan and routing conditions we cannot answer this. But logically, it should be because the charging equipment and location made for a good route.
At the moment ABRP does not have an option for price optimization, but you can vote for this suggestion: Price optimized routing
To clarify; we have no intention of routing you to criminally expensive charging, but at the moment the pricing data provided by networks is a bit too incomplete and shaky for us to reliably provide an option for price optimization.
