Our new charger shows up in ABRP, but has a note “This charger has limited access or function and is not used in automatic planning. Che the web page”
It is not clear what “check the web page” means. It is not clear what we can do to make the charger to be used in automatic planning.
Elsewhere in the support page I was told to “submit a ticket” but again, - where? how?
ABRP would benefit from some shortcuts every time it says to do something or check something. “Check the web page here” or “submit a ticket here”…
What is the problem with my charger? How do I make sure it gets used in automatic planning?
