Apple Watch App?

When the ABRP app installs on my iPhone, an Apple Watch app comes along too. But when I open it, it only says “Open the ABRP app on phone to set up.”

I’ve opened the app with the Watch app running and they don’t see each other. There’s no option in the iPhone app to pair or setup, and none of the documentation seems to mention the watch app. What gives?
