App not showing some known chargers
The Blink charger app shows several level 2 public chargers near Davis, WV. I cannot get them to be included in a trip plan to that area. The network is one of the desired ones in the settings. Other apps also show them as well. They’re rated at about 6.5 kWh. What am I missing? They do show when using the Android app.

I almost rented a car because the hotel level 2 chargers were not showing. The hotel front desk let me know they had chargers. I think having public level 2 chargers show up would be very helpful. If I have to find chargers with other apps, how does that make this “Better”?

We don’t include Level 2 chargers in the plan but you can add them as a waypoint if you want to charge there. I can see this one https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=753576375 both on the web and on my iPhone.

The hotel level 2 chargers started showing in the IOS app after I changed the number of minimum stalls from 1 to 0 in the Android app network settings. Even that reverted to 1 the next day when I restarted the Android app. Could there be a difference between the two apps? Since the Blink network has lots of level 2 chargers it would be very handy for all of them to show up. West Virginia national and state forests had public chargers that were not showing in ABRP.

We do have Level 2 chargers on the map but we don’t have all chargers. No there should not be any difference between the different platforms. If you are missing any chargers you can make a post on this page under Missing chargers and we will try to add them.
