App not showing some known chargers

The Blink charger app shows several level 2 public chargers near Davis, WV. I cannot get them to be included in a trip plan to that area. The network is one of the desired ones in the settings. Other apps also show them as well. They’re rated at about 6.5 kWh. What am I missing? They do show when using the Android app.
