App avoiding Tesla Superchargers even when preferred network?

I have an MG Cyberster (not listed on ABRP so using the MG4 LR as it has similar battery etc). As I used to have a Tesla I like their charge points.

In the Uk all Tesla Superchargers are CCS but not all are open to non Tesla cars. It seems like ABRP doesn’t know about the SCs that are open to all as it doesn’t suggest them on routes. Is that correct?

    Hi

    You should be able to get all Tesla chargers that are open to all cars on your plan. There can be something wrong with the data we get from a specific charger. Do you have a plan where you don’t get Tesla chargers or a specific charger we don’t give you? If you have a plan click at Share and Share ABRP link and add the link here. If it’s a charger click at the charger on the map and then Share and Share ABRP link.

      I’ve managed to force it to choose Tesla now thanks to. So I guess the conditions weren’t quite right to get that answer before.
