Do note that only devices that support a BLE connection are compatible with ABRP and that you do need to permit the ABRP app to use Bluetooth in your device settings. For more information please see;
Error messages - there are none. When connecting to CarScanner, an Android VLink device shows up. In ABRP, only an “iOS VLink” device shows up. ABRP cannot connect to this device, ultimately showing a connection timeout.

No connection is established if you select the ‘iOS’ option?
Have you disconnected from other apps before attempting to link to ABRP?

Yes, no connection with the iOS option. No android option is displayed.
Yes, I tried both disconnecting and not disconnecting from CarScanner before starting the ABRP connection.
I will probably switch to vLinker MC+ for safety reasons anyway, but as far as I know, my current setup should work but it just does not.

I see. We have seen examples where one Vgate dongle hasn’t worked, but another one of the exact same model has.
You could also check if there’s any firmware update for the dongle with the ‘VgateFwUpdater’ app.
