android app issue
I have an android phone and got ABRP update a few days ago. I tried to open the app today and all I get is the ABRP logo. I rebooted the phone and same issue.

Hi
Which phone do you have?

I have the same issue, the app just sits on a blank screen when launched since the last update.
I have a OnePlus 12r with de-googled LineageOS.
I have seen this with other apps when they integrated google services without a check for lack of gapps but cannot be sure that is the case here.

Is this still an issue?

Do you have the latest version of ABRP?

I believe so, I have version 6.0.1 and this has happened for a couple of recent versions.

Does it say (3399) after 6.0.1?

So you have not installed ABRP from Google play?

I use Aurora Store since I do not have any gapps on my phone. This is an alternative access to the free apps hosted in the Google Play store. It comes from Google Play Store, but using a different app to access.

The app worked until yesterday. Then I got this prolem. I’ve tried clearing cache, restarting the phone and re-installing the app. I’ve tried both the beta version (as of today 2025-07-15, 6.1.0 3483) and the ordinary version. ABRP is installed from Google Play but I’m running GrapheneOS (2025070800) so there is a compatibility layer. Google Play Store has version 46.1.39-31, GmsCompatConfig version 158 and Google Play services version 25.18.33.
I’ve tried running the app with and without “Explot protection compatibility mode”.
“Hardened memory allocator” is off, “Memory tagging” is disabled, “Native code debugging” is allowed, “WebView JIT” is enabled, “Dynamic code loading via memory”" is allowed and “Dynamic code loading via storage” is allowed.
The phone is a Google Pixel 8a.

If I disable “Secure app spawning” ABRP can start. This impacts the general security of the phone and I would prefer not to do that. It would be great if you could debug this issue and fix it.
