Allow users to Add new charger locations

I am doing an Atlantic Canada trip and i had to switch to a different application in Newfoundland as your App doesn’t show most of the available chargers here. By allowing users to help identify chargers and locations and company i.e. charghub or flo etc. this would improve ypur options over time
