Allow change to order of stops

I use the web version. I used to be able to drag and drop stops so that I could decide if I would charge before stopping at a hotel for the night, or the morning after. I can no longer find this functionality. My route always seems to show charging in the morning after leaving the hotel. I usually prefer to charge before checking in, even if it means a few extra miles. Please bring this option back.
