Add button for “new charging station”

It would be nice to have an option to recommend a new charging station. If there currently is one somewhere it certainly isn’t easy to find for me.

In my town there is a new charging station that does not show up. Selfishly, it is nice because no one is ever there, but I want people to know that there is a fast charging option available.
