Add BMW i3 60Ah → 154Ah (54 kWh) battery upgrade as selectable vehicle

Hello ABRP team,

I would like to request adding a new selectable vehicle variant for a BMW i3 upgraded from the original 60Ah battery to a 154Ah battery module.

Confirmed specifications:

Base vehicle: BMW i3 60Ah

Battery upgrade: 154Ah (NMC), ~54–55 kWh gross

Usable (net) capacity: 50.8 kWh

confirmed by manufacturer tests

verified by real-world DC charging measurements

typical measured range: 49–51 kWh

BMW BMS reserves ~10% capacity as protection buffer

DC charging: 45–50 kW, charger dependent

Ionity chargers typically hold higher power longer than E.ON

taper usually starts around 80–85% SoC

AC charging: unchanged from stock BMW i3

Fully electric vehicle (no REX, no hybrid)

This configuration is already in real-world use, and detailed charging and consumption data can be provided if needed.

Having this as a separate selectable vehicle would significantly improve route planning accuracy for upgraded BMW i3 owners.
