Add "Avoid Ferries" or at least get the times correct

Add the option to altogether “avoid ferries” since it hardly makes sense between Michigan and Wisconsin. On top of that the current routing is completely wrong since the ferry from MI to WI only operates in Summer (May-Sept) so it should not even be an option. Even if it worked, the times of the actual ferry do not correspond to when the ABRP is suggesting to get on the ferry. If that were right, then recommending the ferry would be a multi-hour extension.
