Add 2nd Vehicle - Polstar 2 with Bluetooth OBD adapter

I'd like to add a 2nd vehicle which will be a rental while I'm on vacation. I have an active premium subscription but don't see a button to add vehicles on my phone or browser. I plan to use my working OBD adapter from my existing vehicle
