I’m trying to connect ABRP Premium to my car using the method suggested by the app, i.e. using Enode to access my citroen account.

I always get the error “invalid credentials” while I’m typing valid and tested email and password

    Hi

    It can help to delete your Citroen app and install it again. Loggin and try to connect again.

      I already did that. My access through Citroen app works well. Only the access through enode gives the authenticaton error.

        By the way, my subscription to ABRP premium expires tomorrow. I did it that way to test how It works with my car. If this problem is not solved It makes no sense to me its renewal.

          To try one more time I had to renew my subscription. Now I’ve been able to connect my car. I’m going to test how it works. during my last trip from Carrara to Bologna ABRP took me to a charging station where the fast connection was busy. I don’t want that to happen again.

            Hi

            You should be able to see how many chargers that are in use for the charger we are routing you to. If we think it will take less time to route you to another charger we do that. If we think your plan will be faster with the original charger we don’t change the plan.

            If all the pieces in the circle is red it shows that all the charger are in use.
