ABRP switched from being over pessimistic to over optimistic

Now it sometimes gives estimates over the most optimistic range of the car.
This even happens when the car is not even 100% charged.
I now make sure to check the plans myself, at least for the next stop.
This is also not related to degration, as even brand new, some of these distances would have been impossible.
