ABRP reports too many chargers as "limited function"

ABRP is reporting chargers as "limited function, not used in planning" and provides no way to tell ABRP to indeed use the charger for planning. They are chargers I have used before and continue to be well reported on Plugshare. There is no indication in ABRP what the problem is, just "see website"…
