The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

I tried not connected to obd app at first try not working same message, I download the obd app and connect to check firmware, firmware latest on board, try to connect again after disconnecting the app the result the same, tried to turn off all Bluetooth connections in my mobile I even turnoff my Apple Watch results the same

It is possible that this model do not use the same OBD commands as previous model years, meaning we cannot read data successfully. If that is the case, unfortunately, there’s not much we can do at the moment.
