Abrp not connect vgate on off model obd device

I have a problem with my car - a 2023 Renault Megane E-Tech

Iconic.

bought a Vgate OBD device (it supports BLE 4.0).

In ABRP, I can see the device under connection settings, but I get this error:

"Error while handling OBD data commands. We could not find SoC in the car data response."

What should I do to fix this problem?
