Abrp livedata via enode volkswagen app problem

After setting the route, I click the option to share it with the "Volkswagen" app. The app opens, but the route does not appear.

I can try to work around this by sharing the route to Google Maps instead, but I am looking for a direct solution.

I have an active Live Data subscription via Enode.
