ABRP inability to route around road closures

This is for me a critical faeture that is still missing in ABRP. The app does not have road closure information and isn’t routing around it, making the app completely unusable and unreliable. When all the other navigation services have this and are free, it begs the question why we pay for Premium here and get worse service. I will provide an example.

Since ABRP is using OSM for maps and data, I actually took the trouble to learn how to implement road closures in OSM and started doing it locally few weeks ago. Let’s use this very specific closure in this location:

You can check OSM data that tag vehicle no is present and OSM correctly routes around the closure. The closure has been there for over a year and will be there for several more months.

Now I have tried the same in ABRP just now, I get routed into that closure regardless. ABRP is clearly not capable of working with it and it’s a major flaw that needs to be fixed immediately. Because even if I take the time to actually update road closures for my town, it’s all for nothing.

ALso of note, OSM is not very user friendly for this and ABRP should consider finding different partners to get the data.
