ABRP displays 4 red cellular bars with a line through it

Trying to figure out what this symbol is referencing. When the drive is executed in the

app, it shows the correct SOC for my vehicle, however this cellular symbol above is red with a line through it. Does this mean the app is not connected to my vehicle? Or is it not sending live data?

    Hi

    We show that symbol when there has been more than five minutes since we received data from the car.

      Hello… i’ve had the car on for about half an hour now and I’m still showing that red cellular service. Not sure what I should be doing. SOC number in the app is not synced.

        Please try to unlink Enode and connect again to see if that changes anything.

          I think I may know the issue. I thought the app would update the data over cellular but I think I need to create a hotspot for my vehicle to get internet access then the app will sync.
